Refund Policy — 15 Minute Content Engine

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through 15 Minute Content Engine, including the 3-Day Challenge, VIP Upgrade, Full Course, AI App Subscription, and any other digital products or services offered (collectively, the "Products"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.


1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

Due to the immediate digital delivery of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you complete a purchase and access is granted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued — regardless of whether you have accessed, downloaded, or used the materials.

This applies to all Products, including but not limited to:

  • The 3-Day Faceless AI Channel Launch Challenge (Free + VIP Upgrade)
  • The 15 Minute Content Engine Full Course & Masterclass
  • The AI Video Generation App (monthly or annual subscription)
  • Prompt Vaults, Templates, Bonus Materials, and Digital Downloads
  • Any bundled or discounted offers

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you are subscribed to the AI Video Generation App or any other recurring subscription offered by 15 Minute Content Engine:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period or any prior charges.
  • You will retain access to the subscription until the end of the current paid billing period, after which access will be revoked.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

3. No Refunds for Partial Use or Non-Use

We do not issue refunds based on:

  • Failure to use or complete the course or challenge materials
  • Dissatisfaction with results, outcomes, or earnings (see our Earnings Disclaimer)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Technical issues on your end (device incompatibility, internet connection, etc.)
  • Purchasing the wrong product or tier by mistake
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date

4. Exceptions — When We May Issue a Credit or Resolution

We stand behind our Products. While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) promptly upon verification.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a resolution in accordance with applicable law.
  • Product Non-Delivery: If you completed payment and did not receive access within 24 hours, contact support and we will resolve the issue or, if unable to deliver, issue a full refund.

To request a review under any of the above exceptions, contact us through the support channel in your member dashboard within 7 days of the transaction date.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Important: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback is filed that is inconsistent with this Policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to all Products
  • Submit evidence to the payment processor to contest the dispute
  • Pursue recovery of any fees, losses, or costs incurred as a result of a wrongful or fraudulent chargeback, to the extent permitted by law

6. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.

For any billing questions, cancellation requests, or to report an issue covered under Section 4, please use the official support channel provided in your member dashboard. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.

Please include the following in your message:

  • Full name and email address used at purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Description of the issue

The 15-minute Content Engine is an educational program designed to teach it's students how to use AI and social media tools to create content.

Individual results vary, no particular results are guaranteed, as variables such as individual effort, previous experience, and market conditions may impact individual performance.
